Fluvanna Preschool is a ministry of the Fluvanna Community Church. Our purpose is to teach preschool age children many important fundamental concepts that are so necessary at this early age in a warm, Christian atmosphere where love abounds.
Some of the concepts that we work on developing are socialization, interaction, sharing, and caring for one another, instilling teacher /child relationships, building confidence in ones self and teaching each child the value they have as a little person in this world.
Educationally, we present daily learning opportunities in reading and math readiness, music, listening, and self-expression skills. We also provide opportunities to develop and improve large and small motor skills as is age appropriate for each child.
Forming a confidant, yet unique happy little person ready for Kindergarten and the years that follow, is our ultimate goal for each one of our students.
